When will my order ship?

In the exception of preorders, jewelry will be shipped within 3 business days. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking confirmation number.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time.
